Delectable Dinner



Keith's Chicken Parmigiana is, simply stated, a work of art. The recipe evolved from a veal parmigiana recipe at first, then Keith put his own twist (and a gluten-free one at that!) on my converted recipe, and the result is a melt-in-your-mouth chicken, sauce, cheese, and pasta dish that merits a glass of Riesling and a cloth napkin in your lap. Perfection on a plate.
